Customer Testimonials To whom it may concern: Vision Enterprises, Inc., owned by Bruce Hatchell, has been a valuable resource for me on several remodeling and home improvement projects on properties that I own, going back past the year l994. These projects have included: Installation of vinyl energy efficient windows on four homes* Installation of vinyl siding, trim, gutters with commercial downspouts on at least three homes *On one of the window installations, Bruce found a way to incorporate an existing ADT security feature in the newer windows. Bruce is innovative, resourceful, does quality work at a reasonable price, and is always fair and honest in his business dealings. I look forward to using him on future projects when they arise! The individual that was working for me at the time just quit showing up. I spent 3 months stepping over stuff in my house and then someone put me in contact with Vision Enterprise. I talked with Bruce and told him what I was up against. He told me he would be at my house in 2 weeks – he showed up in 8 days. I was never so glad to see someone who was actually going to do the work. Bruce is very knowledgeable on current market values. If you want to do something that he doesn’t think will give you a fair dollar return in the housing market, he will advise you not to do it. Bruce did a great job. Matthews, NC 28104 Dear Bruce: Gary and I owe you a debt of gratitude for the successful completion of the two projects you recently finished at our home. First of all, the exterior makeover of moving our house from a plain, 20-year-old, vinyl-sided ranch to one with a stone-accented Arts & Crafts look and welcoming front porch was nothing short of amazing. In the words of our neighbor, we completely changed the character of our house. Additionally, your guidance in helping us get our yard landscaped was invaluable in complementing the exterior renovation. Secondly, having had such a good experience with the exterior makeover, we were very pleased that you agreed to build our long-dreamed-of sunroom on the back of our house. The sunny addition has changed the pattern of life at our house for the better, and the deck you added has allowed us to take pleasure in our large backyard, to which we had only awkward access prior to this project. We are so enjoying the sunroom’s high ceiling, the hardwood floors, the many windows, the half bath, the pantry, our new back foyer, not to mention the gorgeous ceiling fans and lights we picked out on a whirlwind lunch-hour tour in your work truck. Throughout these two projects, Gary and I could not have been happier with the expertise you offered us, Bruce, and the professionalism with which you performed every aspect of the job. Your budget figures were realistic and did not inflate over the course of the projects, and you also showed consideration for our budget constraints. You encouraged us to look for a finished product that was within our budget but could also be beautiful at the same time. You communicated with us daily on the progress of the work and what we should expect in the next phases. You showed respect for my ideas as we went along and gave an honest appraisal of whether they would benefit or hinder the projects, based on your experience with other houses. You made design choices easier for me by pre-selecting a few possible options and then having me make only the final decision. Finally, you found it possible to blend the sentimental vintage French doors from my childhood home into the final version of the new addition, despite the fact it would have been easier for you to use new doors. And, you remembered that I wanted hooks for my front porch’s hanging baskets and when it was done, there they were! Your good nature and expertise are characteristics that we won’t forget.
